Pat believes that curiosity, creativity and community are at the heart of education for us all at every age, and there is no better place than the library hub to nurture these lifelong attributes each day.
An American from New York turned global nomad, she has lived, worked and raised a family in eight countries on four continents. Most recently, Pat was Deputy Secondary Principal, IB Diploma Coordinator and the online course director at an IB World School in Bangkok, Thailand. She has also worked as a humanities teacher and teacher-librarian at international schools in Jeddah, Lisbon, Washington DC, and London.
Pat has a BA in Asian Studies from George Washington University and an MA in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University. She earned her teaching certification at Michigan State University and has a postgraduate degree in Information and Library Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
