I am an experienced IB educator from the island of Puerto Rico. I have led curriculum development as an MYP Coordinator and taught both Spanish and English language acquisition as well as English language and literature courses in international schools in Switzerland and the UK. I hold degrees in Spanish and International Education with a specialisation in English language.
I am a strong advocate of multilingualism and I have worked closely with EAL students to help them achieve academic excellence, and adjust and build links in their new communities.
I have participated in several community projects in the Dominican Republic and I am passionate that students have opportunities to experience new cultures and environments.
